We Help Married Business Owners Feel Like A Team Again

We are David “Kiwi” and Alexis Kiwimagi, founders of Kiwi Coaching.

We help married business owners who feel stuck in roommate mode — where work gets your best and your family gets what’s left.

You built the business for freedom, impact, and family.

But somewhere along the way, the business started following you home.

Dinner became a work meeting.
Date night got pushed off again.
The kids got the tired version of you.
And the person you love most started feeling more like your business partner, roommate, or co-manager than your spouse.

We know how heavy that can feel.

And we also know it does not have to stay that way.

Why We Do This Work

We are not just business coaches talking about marriage.

And we are not just marriage coaches talking about business.

We are a husband-and-wife team building a business while raising a family, navigating pressure, making decisions together, and learning how to stay connected when life gets full.

We believe your business should support your family, not slowly steal you from it.

That is why we coach married business owners using simple communication tools they can use right away.

Not someday.

Not after the business slows down.

Tonight.

What Makes Our Coaching Different

Most married business owners do not need more theory.

They need a simple way to slow down, name the real problem, and get back on the same side.

Our coaching combines:

  • Gallup CliftonStrengths
  • practical communication tools
  • marriage and business alignment
  • conflict resolution
  • leadership communication
  • team training
  • client communication and messaging

We help you understand how you and your spouse are wired, where your strengths collide, why the same fights keep happening, and how to start solving problems together instead of turning on each other.

The goal is not perfect communication.

The goal is feeling like a team again.

Meet Alexis Kiwimagi

Strengths Coach | Certified Aromatherapist | Mom of 4

Alexis has been leading since she was 14 years old — first in church leadership, later in business, and always in creating a strong home for her family.

She is a Certified Aromatherapist, Eddie Villa Strengths Coach, wife, mom, and co-founder of Kiwi Coaching.

Alexis was the first one to bring Strengths into our marriage. She started our family’s network marketing business, pioneered natural remedies in our home, and showed us how powerful it can be when people stop trying to become someone else and start living from who God made them to be.

She has a gift for helping people feel seen, understood, and capable again.

The women and couples she coaches often say things like:

“You saw me when no one else did.”

“You helped me understand myself in a way I never had before.”

“You gave me permission to stop pretending and start thriving.”

Alexis brings warmth, wisdom, and deep insight to the coaching process.

She helps clients understand their natural gifts, stop hiding, and start showing up with more confidence, peace, and purpose.

Meet David “Kiwi” Kiwimagi

Dad of 4| Communication Coach | Navy Veteran | Speaker

Most people call me Kiwi.

I’m a husband, father, Navy veteran, speaker, and communication coach.

Before Kiwi Coaching, I worked in Navy operations, healthcare, missions, church ministry, IT, and corporate cybersecurity. I have led teams, trained professionals, spoken in high-pressure rooms, and helped people communicate complex ideas in a way others can actually understand.

But the work that matters most to me is helping people become who they were made to be — at work and at home.

I know what it feels like to win on paper while wondering what it is costing your family.

I know what it feels like to be physically present, but not mentally present.

I know what it feels like when work gets your best and home gets the leftovers.

That is why I love helping married business owners slow down, name the real problem, and start having better conversations.

Not months from now.

Tonight.

What We Believe

We believe different is not bad.

Different is just different.

Most couples do not struggle because one person is broken.

They struggle because they do not understand how each other is wired.

When you learn how your spouse thinks, feels, decides, communicates, and carries pressure, everything starts to change.

You stop assuming the worst.

You start asking better questions.

You stop fighting each other.

And you start fighting for the marriage, the family, and the business together.

Our Mission

Help married business owners become powerful at work and present at home.

Because your business should not get the best version of you while your family gets the leftovers.

You can build something meaningful.

You can lead your team well.

You can serve your clients with excellence.

And you can still come home with enough energy, love, and presence for the people who matter most.
